Cracking the Mystery of the Omelet

Twenty women filled the dining room in the Farm House at Wisdom House to see a demonstration of the creation of the perfect omelet by Wisdom House's head chef Margaret Jacobs.

Besides tasting the culinary creation, some volunteered to create one of their own. The meal was topped off with almond cream cheese muffins, roasted potatoes, and accompanied by wine donated by Sunset Meadow Vineyard in Goshen.


The next cooking program will take place on Wednesday evening, October 15. A New Revolution in cooking the Holiday Turkey will be the main feature on the menu. Come learn and taste the trimmings as well. Wine that evening will be provided by Haight Brown Vineyard in Litchfield.
