Self-Care Saturday: Positively Grateful


More than 20 people came to restore and renew themselves in body and spirit at "Self-Care Saturday: Positively Grateful" at Wisdom House.  Facilitated by Gabriele Davis, some of the activities the group was engaged in were laughter yoga, walking the labyrinth, and sitting in silence.
