Discernment Group at Wisdom House

Participants in the Discernment retreat/workshop pause for a photo with presenter Marguerite Janelle (at podium).

Discernment is both a gift and an art. It means to sort out, to separate. In the discernment process, we prayerfully sort out thoughts, feelings, and emotions which tend to influence the direction and shape of our lives.

Basic attitudes for the discernment process include prayer, openness, desiring God’s will, trust, readiness to seek advice.

This workshop has been offered each year at Wisdom House for over 10 years and is always well attended. For additional programs visit www.wisdomhouse.org.

Click here for the link to a video of their responses.

We hope you enjoy it.
