Constance Dodge: Collage Narratives in Oils

Constance Dodge's exhibit, "Collage Narratives in Oils" opened in the Marie Louise Trichet Gallery at Wisdom House on Saturday afternoon, January 29 with an artist talk and reception. Guests had the opportunity to learn of the journey of her life as an artist. The exhibit will be in the gallery
until April 2. Gallery hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.

Unveiling the Labyrinth

Libby Yokum, a guest at Wisdom House recently, took on the task of unveiling the labyrinth which lay more than 2 feet deep on the east end of our property.

The journey down to the labyrinth and the act of uncovering it were equally challenging!

Master Drummer John Marshall 'Beats the Winter Doldrums'

Master Drummer John Marshall led a group of 40 + drummers of all ages in a program, "Beating the Winter Doldrums" on Saturday, January 29.

Faith: The Daily Bread of the Daughters of Wisdom

The Daughters of Wisdom were founded on February 2, 1703 in Poitiers, France. Join us in reflecting on the words of co-founder, St Louise deMontfort, "Faith is the daily bread of the Daughters of Wisdom". Even today, we all are called to live by faith as we offer care and prayer to a world yearning for hope and searching for the Wisdom of God. Let our faith nourish and guide us.

The icon of co-founder, Blessed Marie Louise Trichet and of American missionary martyr, Sister Mary Antoinette,DW are enthroned in the Chapel at Wisdom House. All are welcome to visit.

Wisdom House is a ministry of the Daughters of Wisdom. The center presents programs in spirituality, education and the arts and offers hospitality to the not-for-profit community.
